FAQs
How long will delivery take?
It depends on delivery destination. UK customers, you can expect to receive your order within 10 - 15 working days from receipt of payment. International customers please allow 2 weeks from receipt of payment. For a more accurate delivery time please call Customer Services on 0844 856 5491 they will be happy to discuss this with you.
Why are your prices lower than most other companies selling similar products?
This is because you are dealing directly with one of the leading UK manufacturers and cutting out the agents, the wholesalers and the Retailers. Additionally, we do not have High Street premises and sell purely over the internet. As such our overheads are considerably less than our competitors. The result of this is that we are able to offer you, the customer, top quality leather products at unbelievably low prices.

I’m a little bit nervous about buying an expensive item from an internet company.
Don’t be. You are totally protected by the distance selling act and can order with confidence. If you have any problems with your product when it arrives you have 7 days in which to inform us. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you can reject it at the point of delivery and the driver will be happy to bring it back to us. A full refund will be issued on a standard product (minus transportation costs). This does not apply to bespoke items.

Do you have a showroom where we can see the item before we buy?
Yes of course, our furniture can be seen fresh off our production line at our manufacturing plant in Blackburn, Lancs. By appointment only or at our distribution centre which is based in Redditch, Worcs. Viewing here is between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 and 14:00 Saturday. Please call 0844 856 5491 (International Tel + (44) 844 856 5491 for further details to arrange a viewing time. Here you can come along and see most of the items we sell, in person. You can also pay for the item you require and take it away with you and save on the delivery charge. If the item you require is not in stock, we can have it manufactured within 5 working days.

Can I collect my furniture?
Yes, you can arrange collection direct from our warehouse. All we ask is that you give us at least a day's notice so that we can have the items checked and ready for when you collect.

Is your furniture fully guaranteed?
All Types Of Chesterfields guarantees all furniture for one year against all manufacturing defects and we also promise to replace or repair any item that is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of delivery. For further information please see our Terms and Conditions. If required you can opt for the extra piece of mind by purchasing an extended guarantee covering all forms of damage caused to your sofas from spills and accidents caused by day to day items such as wine and cosmetics through to pet damage. These unforeseen accidents that can occur in the home can be protected against by the extended cover on offer. Why not ask a member of the sales team for further information.
