Delivery in the United Kingdom (mainland)

Here at all types of chesterfields we have made it our aim for our delivery charges to be as simple as possible. We will automatically calculate the amount payable based on the total value of all the items you have ordered, so there is only one delivery charge.

Once your order has been placed, it will be scheduled for delivery by the transport department. We shall notify you of the delivery day 24 hours prior. A three hour time slot shall also be agreed with you for the day of delivery.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on delivery destination. UK customers, you can expect to receive your order within 10 - 15 working days from receipt of payment. Internationl customers please allow 2 weeks from receipt of payment. For a more accurate delivery time please call Customer Services on 0844 856 5491 they will be happy to discuss this with you.

For the standard delivery charge, the furniture will be delivered into the ground floor room that you have selected. There will be a surcharge for any rooms above ground floor.

For a small fee, an access request can be granted where we will arrange for a representative of the delivery team to visit the property and determine whether delivery is possible and, if so, the means of access and what arrangements might need to be made so that access by that means is possible.

Deliveries to certain areas may incur an additional delivery surcharge, this will be apparent when you enter your postcode details at checkout, or if you wish you can telephone or email us for a fixed quotation. Areas which may carry a surcharge are as follows:

Postcodes beginning with ZA, KW, IV, DD, AB, PH, PA, BT, Isle of Wight, Remote Scottish Isles, Anglesey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Eire.

We can arrange delivery from a single item to a full 40 foot container.

Payment terms are 20% with order and balance when goods are at the shipper prior to shipment.

Can I collect my furniture?

Yes, you can arrange collection direct from our warehouse. All we ask is that you give us at least a day's notice so that we can have the items checked and ready for when you collect.
